| Goals: | • Discuss current best practices in eCPR • Understand core principles in eCPR and post ROSC • Hands on experience with setting ECMO |
The workshop is intended for those interested in eCPR with or without initial experience. Also, everybody considering eCPR experimental research is welcome. After initial didactic review of latest knowledge and evidence in ECLS, the key component of the workshop is hands-on experience in experimental model of ECLS. This provides unique opportunities to manipulate and see in real-time the complex relationship between hemodynamics and MCS devices. Participants will have opportunity to solve experimentally induced clinical challenges.
